I'm a freelance guide, not a company. Can I still use JourneyBench?

Yes. Most of our early users are solo tour guides who work on their own name, not as a registered business. Sign up as an individual - the only requirement is a valid email.

Do I need a computer, or can I use it on my phone?

The full app works on mobile browsers. Most guides log inquiries and send quote links from their phone while on tour, and only sit at a laptop when they want to build a fresh template. There is no separate mobile app to install.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan supports up to 3 tours and 3 inquiries - enough to try the full workflow. The Pro plan is $19/month for unlimited tours, custom-branded PDFs (no watermark), and every feature. There is a 7-day free trial on Pro with no credit card required.

Can I still export everything if I cancel?

Yes. Your inquiry history, guest CRM, and tour PDFs are yours. You can export at any time and we do not lock your data behind a paywall.

I already have my own PDF template that I like. Can I keep it?

JourneyBench generates the PDF for you based on your logo, brand colors, default inclusions, and cancellation policy. Most guides find the JourneyBench output matches or beats what they had. If you have a very specific layout requirement, contact us - we are actively adding custom sections.
