Does the PDF use my branding?

Yes. You configure your logo, brand colors, default inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy once in Settings. Every new quote reuses them automatically. On the Pro plan, the PDF has no JourneyBench watermark.

Can I use it if I run a small travel agency, not just as a solo guide?

Yes. The Team plan supports up to 5 team members with role-based access (agent, accountant, viewer) sharing one library. Agencies with more than 5 seats can contact us for custom pricing.

Do I need to know how to use design tools?
